In Need Of Updates
Friendly courtious check in. But room was dusty and some items in very poor condition, like table lamp and phone. Toilet did not work and promised plumber didn't show up. I managed to get it working for a while, but finally gave up and we checked out after an hour. Hope we get our charges back.

If there were a way to give zero stars, I would. Arriving at the hotel around 9 PM, I wasn’t expecting luxury, given the poor reviews, but I also wasn’t expecting the absolute disaster that awaited me. With every other hotel in town fully booked, I had no choice but to stay here—and I regretted it deeply. Upon entering my room, I found one bed unmade, trash scattered around, and cups lying on the counters. Clearly, this room hadn’t been cleaned. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, the clerk and manager informed me—wait for it—that this was the last room available. Their solution? Sleep on the “clean” bed (the one they assumed hadn’t been used) while they quickly removed the trash and handed me fresh towels. That was the extent of their “cleaning.” The room remained visibly dirty and unsanitary. The misery didn’t stop there. The next morning, I discovered the shower didn’t work. They had the nerve to suggest I use a shower in another room—a level of inconvenience I’ve never experienced in all my years of travel. While the staff was friendly and seemed apologetic, friendliness doesn’t clean a dirty room, fix a broken shower, or refund my stay (which I was promised but never received). This may have been the worst hotel experience of my life. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and sheer disgust—stay anywhere else but here. If "last resort" hotels had a warning label, this would be Exhibit A. STAY AWAY.

The room door was rusted and would not closed all the way properly. left a gap from the outside. Bathtub had mildew on it and no carpet in the room.

The stay itself was not horrible, but this is probably The worst room I have ever stayed in. Stains on the carpet, broken towel racks, mold on the ceiling, the smoke alarm being in a drawer instead of on the wall, the security door lock so loose that we had to get a screwdriver out of our truck to tighten it up to be able to use it, the rusty lamps, The shower curtain torn and falling off the rod at both ends. One or two things would be fine but so many are not. If I had paid at the office and not through hotels.com, I would’ve moved hotels

We rented 3 rooms- the sink in each was clogged and barely drained. One floor was damp and very slippery. We dried it with towels, and they were black when we finished. Bedding was dirty and our door did not latch. On top of all that, I’d booked and paid through Expedia. The hotel’s computer kept giving them a message that my card had been declined for one of the 3 rooms. I spent an hour in the lobby on the phone with Expedia in the presence of hotel staff to prove I’d paid. Staff members were friendly enough, but this was a horrible hotel experience.

The shower didn't work the bathroom floor and surfaces were slimy. It smelled like mildew. Office guy came and sprayed my room with air freshener and mopped the bathroom floor and brought towels that were not already in the room told me I need to leave the fan running for the AC unit and that's why it smelled. There were bugs in the room. 10/10 would not stay here again
