Stayed 2 nights. The room across the hall had teens and others in early 20'S in it. They were loud until 1am. I called front desk. They said they would call the room,but nothing changed. Also, had teens sitting in the hallway just outside our room talking until 11-midnight. Had to call to get them out of there. Next night the same stuff with noise from the same room. Then at 4am we heard teens running around in the hallway being loud yelling profanities. Needless to say we only got 4 hours sleep each night. May never stay at a Holiday Inn again. Hotel needs some security people to deal with things.

We tried to check in . They did not book our room with Orbitz. Yet I was charged to my card. They said they had no room, yet I had Itenarary. They didn't care or give me and my two young girls a room. We missed part of our concert. We drove 3 hours. This is a horrible hotel. No manager came to speak to us.

I recently stayed at Hotel and in my room was a lot of Beatles (ladybugs) which they were flying in room. And crawling all over the place. I spoke with hotel front desk which offered to move to another room but because we were only there for a funeral we were not in room. We were out most of the day and did not return until late. Spoke with front desk a they assured I would be accommodate for my stay!! When spoke to Erik Hutchison General manager. Advise he was not going to make adjustments to my bill. Due to this was normal for this season!! Unacceptable I advise when I checked in your staff should have advise of this infestation which would have given me the option to stay somewhere else. All staff I have spoken to Katana and Naomi never mention this was normal not even the maintenance man which suck them up with a vacuum cleaner. Is this appropriate? No!! I am from California and I have never stayed at a place like this. I truly feel the action that this general manager took was unacceptable I also advise for future there should be some mention to customer of this nature by putting signs up to inform guest of this!! I booked two rooms at this hotel and when I spend my money as anyone you want to be comfortable. Truly as mention the stand that this general manager took was unacceptable. And did not put his customers first. Would like a full refund for lack of consideration and concern for guest and did not take accountability.

While checking us in, the person working the front desk was too busy worrying about what everyone was doing in the lobby instead of checking us in. She said she had to keep an eye on them. There were softball girls and families enjoying some time together in the lobby. She yelled at a little boy who was running. Kids run, who cares. She called the cops three times (that we knew of) in the two days we were there. Condition of the hotel is poor. We won't be staying here again.
