This is the only place I like to stay when I come to town. It is very clean and well maintained. I also enjoy he convince in having a great sports bar and restaurant within the hotel.

The room stay was fine, no issues and quite spacious. I did have a couple snags with my payment process that were very annoying. After my stay, I noticed a random pending charge on my debit card. When I called, the agent was super nonchalant about it and said she didn’t see anything on her side. It did eventually disappear, but a couple days later, my debit card was charged again for the cost of the room. Once again, I had to call to get this resolved. The agent said she didn’t see any incorrect charges, but when I explained that they charged both cards the same fee- she was able to correct it. Glad I was able to get it situated; however, it made me quite apprehensive about staying there in the future. I am just fortunate that I had the money in my account and didn’t incur any overages charges for these phantom charges.

Front desk staff at 11pm made no sense... i purcheased 2 breakfast vouchets they only gave mr one. I lost the one they gave me. The lady at the restautant told me to go to the front desk and get another one. When i did the front desk lady at 9am said sucks to be you.....

Poor refrigerators/ no freezers
The only issue for me is that the refrigerator does not have a freezer section to refreeze cooler packs and the refrigerator barely kept anything in it cold and it was on the coldest setting. Otherwise everything else was great
