The fact that they ask for deposit without me knowing about it til check in , is not right , customers should know , I used this app for other stays on different hotel and this is the first time I was asked for a deposit , now I have to wait 5 business days to get it back, that is if the hotel considers I can get it , they will inspect the room onco we are long gone , so there is no way for me to know if I’m getting it

It was quiet. Easy parking. It was pouring rain when I left so an overhang carport by the door would have been nice to load and unload my suitcase and thugs.
