It is an older CI&S. There was a big stain on the carpet it room - approximately 6in in diameter. Made me think the whole carpet was probably grungy.

The toilet didn’t fill with water, so you had to take the back off and fill it with water using the ice bucket each time you wanted it to flush… it wasn’t a huge deal but def annoying.
