The hotel is very out dated, only some appliances worked in the room, towels are all stained, ceiling had stains,the breakfast is a joke. Was more worried for my health so I didn’t even eat anything. Construction in the parking lot that looks like it is just incomplete.

Outside doors do not lock. Think this is not good anyone can walk in or out
Rooms were very clean which was nice but bathroom door did not close
The breakfast room was nice
Outdated, only saw 1 staff person. Very few guests. Bathroom dirty with water stains when I checked in. Tub drain switch was closed and hard to switch to open so I could shower.

We got the suite and the hot tub had not been cleaned from previous people. It had hair and other things on the bottom. They did not have enough shampoo and conditioner, our key didn't work after 10am. The security system is not there. Anyone can get into the hotel even without the key card. We asked for extra pillows for my son as they didn't have any for the pull out bed. The ac did not work.
The positive is the windows open all the way up, and the room we were I. Had a balcony off the pool. Btw. The water in the pool was way to cold.
Absolute joke of a continental breakfast, especially as it was a busy Saturday. Nothing but stale bread items, the waffle press and cereal. No fruit, no eggs or meat(powdered looking eggs were finally put out around 8am)and not even a real toaster. There was just a single toaster oven for the entire place. Dont plan on eating
Dirty keycard issues and sink wasn't working when I moved in and also had watered down shampoo and conditioner. Issues were resolved aside from towels were all stained Ben new ones I requested when fixing the sink and shampoo issue
The bed pillow smell like sweat I called front desk and never got new ones
The couch was stain and dirty
And the gym make so much noise as well their laundry room
It was ok, but you can't compare this Baymont hotel to the one in Rockford IL, it's totally 2 different hotels. Harvard could use a cleaning service and bleach to at least make the towels look a little whiter! You can also put air freshener in the hallways so it can smell a little better.

My guest room was very clean with modern amenities. I appreciated the shampoo dispenser in place of the tiny bottles. Super fast Wi-Fi. Very comfortable bed. It was a pleasant surprise to have a refrigerator. The free breakfast is a plus and was better than I was expecting: waffle maker, scrambled eggs, English muffins and spread, yogurt, cereal, orange juice, and coffee.
The only real negatives were the non-functioning (always unlocked) exterior electronic door locks when entering the hallways from the parking lot, and the lack of lighting in the hallway on the second floor (the lights in the middle of the hallway were all turned off or not operational).
