Our biggest complaint was the lack of Air!!! But the staff cannot fix that. We are from Daytona Beach FL, flat lander's beware, the air is thin!! We could hear people talking, babies crying and doors slamming, we did not sleep well at all. I believe the biggest problem was elevation sickness. The noise did not help!!

The Front Desk person KATHY was perfect, she had my reservation ready with room assignment, door codes set, email account open, parking space discussion, wake up call set, and intro to breakfast items. All in a very pleasant and informal manner. The room spacious, quiet well appointed and very comfortable. Easy access to shopping center and eating establishments.

The checkin staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, well presented. We had noisy neighbors on the phone in the passage during the night. It was close to the mall and various restaurant options. We decided on Old Chicago which was excellent for both atmosphere and menu choice. Really worth it and an excellent suggestion from the checkin lady.

The hotel was lovely and the staff was accommodating. Our room was comfortable, however, there were multiple intoxicated people in our end of the hall. Shouting and barking in the hallway until after 10. The two people in the adjacent room were up talking loudly all night long. I woke up at 2 to walk my dog and they were talking loudly to each other. After I got back into bed they continued until 4:30 am. I could hear them conversing and shouting at each other. It was miserable.

Great price and great service!

My business partner and I have been traveling for two months staying in a new hotel every few days and this by far was one of the friendliness and best experiences we experienced. All the staff was extremely helpful with the utmost customer service. The room was clean and comfy and we really enjoyed our stop at this location.
