Room air unit was noisy and you could hear the highway traffic. Although the room was modern and nice, it would be nice to have a drawer available. We informed the front desk that our room had a bathroom door that needed to be sanded - it got hung up on the floor when trying to close. Also, the blackout blind didn’t lower completely.

Arrived booked through Hotels.com and they gave us the wrong room. Said they were booked and it was Hotels.com fault. We have booked through Hotels.com many times at Spring Hill Suites across the country and never had this problem. Had to go to another hotel because they didn’t have the room we needed.

Comfortable basic accommodation
Tru Hotels is an affordable place with basic accommodations. It is clean and the service was very friendly. Our room was furnished with basic furniture. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. There are no coffee makers or microwaves in the room, but there was a mini fridge. You can go to the lobby for snacks and there is ramen noodles and macaroni and cheese bowls to microwave. They provide a breakfast that is cereal, toast, yogurt and pancakes. There is also coffee and tea and some egg white patties and sausage and a fruit bowl. They are dog and cat friendly. All in all it was a clean, comfortable overnight stay.

The staff was very friendly and look out for you. Sam reached out to help pre-check in when we ran into an long line at the car rental at the airport. Room was ready on arrival and staff was friendly. Meshun , AGLM check in with us during our stay to ask how things were and how they could help. The only hick-up was the shower and they did their best to resolve .

This property is great for a quick night stay. The rooms were fine, the breakfast was a nice buffet, parking was fine, and it was easy to locate. However, there is noise very early when the construction vehicles leave for their shift and the beeping as they back up out of their parking spot. Additionally, there is a very bright light at the back of the property. The rooms have a black-out plastic "curtain" that couldn't be opened even in the daylight. However, the pros for a quick night outweigh the issues.
