Our bed sheets had old blood stains on the top sheet. There was a yellow washable stain on the toilet. There was dirt and old bottle cap under the window curtain. We will never stay there again. We stayed there 3 times before and it was nice, that's why we chose it. Woodcliff never gave us a break on the room. Just oh, we are sorry about that. I was not looking for a discount on our room, but it would have been nice to have it offered to us.

Terrible and freezing conditions!
The room was set at 55 degrees and freezing. set it at 90 the whole time. Could not open the drapes as the 26 degree wind was blowing in! Shower plugged up to my angles and sink filled up also. Reported to front desk and all I got was a “I’m sorry”. Never going back!!!!!

Nice hotel. Only stayed for one night but everyone was friendly. It was quiet and comfortable. The stay said it came with $15 in food vouchers and a welcome gift. We didn’t receive either- but we just went for breakfast elsewhere. The free Starbucks coffee in the morning was good!
