Friendly service. Nice lobby. The room was ready. The price was okay. The facility looked clean and orderly. No crackheads or drug addicts were hanging around. Plenty of parking. Easy drive into the city NOTE: They advertise "breakfast," but it's a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. Only toast, bagels, coffee, and some instant oatmeal, and mix for waffles. No juices. Coffee was the cheapest you can imagine. They had some nasty-looking apples. Guests were not eating. There are nearby places to eat. The room looked clean. But it reeked of a musty smell and cleaning products. The floors were coated in a soapy, slippery film. They are clearly cleaning but don't know how. You have to rinse the floors after washing them with soap and water! Probably using too much cleaning product. We had to keep our shoes on. The bathroom looked clean, but everything was coated in a gross, greasy film. The mirror was falling apart. And anything touched that wasn't on the visible surface was dirty and gross. Don't touch under any surface! The bedspread had holes. The windows were screwed shut (legal?), so there was no fresh air. The lampshades were damaged. The AC unit was old, loud, and musty-smelling. Had a full size tv and some limited cable. They are trying, but it's all old, gross, and stinks. We won't go back. It may be owned by an Indian company, but this is far from the quality service that India is known for. They should be embarrassed. Mahavira would be ashamed.

Not one bit of the staff knew what was going on there. We asked for a few extra pillows. They brought them to the room with no pillowcases took me two days to get some pillowcases. I don’t know how a hotel could not know where their sheets and pillows are. Anytime we had a question nobody seemed to know what was going on. It was bizarre.

Upon entering the motel the door windows were very dirty. Once on the room we had to clean the bath tub. Couldn’t/wouldn’t use microwave or hair dryer because of being dirty/gross. Had to go to ask for more towels. Phone in room didn’t even work.

Booked a jacuzzi room there were no towels no soap no answer from the front desk until 1am and they gave one hand towel couldn’t get towels until 7/8am

The first room we stayed at there was paw prints on the sheets. It was obvious they weren’t washed. The TV didn’t work, and there was no soap in our bathroom. When I told the front desk, he didn’t bother to apologize or offer a discount. He just handed us keys to another room, which wasn’t much better. My friend who stayed in another room said there was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in her room. The first floor reeked of smoke. Both vending machines were broken, and the juice machine was broken.

Good value for money. Room was pretty clean, but the bathroom was kinda gross and could use a remodel. But staff was very friendly. There’s loads of parking. And it’s walking distance from a Gas station that has an EV charger, Dunkin Donuts, and other stuff for convenience. It’s also close to other things if you’re ok with driving a few minutes. If you need something cheap, but decent, this is a great option.

It was not the best experience. I arrived at night and the person on duty was asleep. I understand it’s night time so she may have been tired but she made it seem as though I was disturbing her and was a bit hostile when I tried to get her to help me sort out some issues with check in. The bathroom had some wear and tear, and wasn’t exactly as advertised.
