The staff was super helpful, I had left something in my room and they called me and are mailing it back to me. Shows they have integrity not only their front staff but housekeeping. Goes along way in my book. We will be staying there again.

A great stay at the Hyatt House. Incredibly clean throughout. Comfortable suite with a kitchen for light meals. Beds, pillows and linens were inviting and made for a great sleep. We appreciated the breakfast provided and all staff were kind and helpful. The shuttle to the hospital was icing on the cake.

Scam charges

When I checked out their computers were down, so they said they would email my receipt. An hour later I got a receipt that charged me almost $150 worth of expenses that werent mine. Bar tab, parking, etc. I didnt eat there and I didn't have a car- I flew in. When I called tjem they credited my ccback, but didnt provide any explanation whatsoever. Despite me asking repeatedly. It feels as if a scam is happening and I would advise all to check their charges carefully.
