Never again!
When I checked in the keys didn’t work.I went down to the front desk the person who was supposed to be there wasn’t. I stood there waiting for at least 15 minutes. The phone that was there to call for assistance was broken. Finally anther man came and helped me. The room was nice but when I stepped into the shower I almost fell because the tub was slippery. Went down for breakfast there were no eggs or sides. Same thing the next morning. There had been eggs but there weren’t there and 15 minutes later I went back they hadn’t refilled the eggs yet.

Dirty and horrible customer service.
Tried to cancel my reservation as I arrived as the hotel is in complete disrepair, not cleanly and very very dated. It appeared as though the hotel was out of business as the outside was as abismal as the inside. Tried to get my money back and neither hotels.com and the hotel itself were responsive. I’m still waiting for a call from the hotel manager for my refund. Do not stay there - sleeping in your care would be more comfortable!

The staff was trying their best to make things run smoothly but they needed more support. The breakfast area wasn’t appropriately stocked, there was no milk and no coffee. The cream was spoiled and there seemed to be a few staff trying to do everything. The elevator was out of order as was the ice machine.

Unsatisfactory hotel and service
Upon entry, tv remote was missing, desk attendant related that he would get one from another room when he had time, half hour later, he supplied one that did not work on the tv. He thought my girlfriend was being aggressive at that point and threatened to call police. I told him that was fine even though this was not a police matter. The police arrived and told us to leave the premices and contact the third party( hotels . Com) for a refund.

I had booked my reservation in early July to travel from Pennsylvania to Rochester, NY for a cross country meet. When I arrived, I was told that "The hotel had overbooked this weekend and that there was no room available" but that "I would be upgraded to the Hilton just behind the hotel however the Hilton had no knowledge of this and they themselves were overbooked. Basically, I was told that they had cancelled my reservation at the front desk without any prior notice. For a hotel in the hospitality industry, their hospitality SUCKS!! I had to find my own hotel for my 12 year-old son and I. I will be complaining to their corporation I have never experienced such poor planning and response.

Traveling with my daughter back to Maine. Nice young man checked us in, lobby could use updating actually whole property could use updating. Worst was the heater/ac unit not clean, odor when we entered the room. Luckily weather was nice and we could open the window and turned it off. Wouldn’t recommend. There’s a Homewood Suites next door check that out if need an option.

They actually gave me a room that was under construction. The shower was not available, as all the pipes were out of the wall. They actually, wanted us to stay there. When I asked them "I guess we can't take a shower in the morning?" They said correct. They told me that was the room I reserved. We did not stay there at all. It was dirty and the staff was not helpfull. They did not sound as they knew what was going on.

I booked and paid for the hotel room 1week ahead of time, but during checkin they said my room was given to someone by mistake and they were overbooked. It’s totally ridiculous and unacceptable. When someone is checking in late night with family and the hotel staff says they are overbooked and the reserved room was given to someone. I called up the hotel twice ahead of time on my way to inform I will be checking-in late, they said the room was under my name and It was okay for me to arrive late, all lies. It was a terrible experience… I will never ever go to any other Comfort Suits hotel anymore..None of the Choice hotels anymore, stay away from this place.. I ended up paying a lot if money to find another hotel(good one) in the area, it was past midnight by the time we hit the bed… I have to still get my money back from this hotel.
