The property was clean and in a good location to Mayo. Shower was good but the air conditioning was poor. Hence the average rating. Rooms were in need of some cosmetic repairs.

Webt for an appointment at Mayo Clinic and the staff was very helpful. I was abmle to leave my car parked there all day after checkout and it was a short walk to my appointment. I would stay there again.
