As a Hilton Honors member I am used to larger rooms with fancier furnishings, but for the price, this place can't be beat. What stands out more than anything is the kindness and professionalism of the night clerk, Manny. Well dressed, well spoken, attentive, and thoroughly professional, they don't pay him enough, I am sure!

Airport shuttle was my reason for selecting it. Nice grab and go breakfast at 5am. Water pressure in sink low. Would have been nice to have ramen in vending machine.

Lipstick on a Pig - Shame on Best Western
This is a case of lipstick on a pig. The rooms are renovated with generic upgrades that are slap dash and only superficial. - My sink had almost no water pressure. - The toilet was crooked. - The bathroom smelled bad. - The entire property smelled extremely strongly of sickly sweet air freshener as if trying to mask an ongoing smell issue. - There were construction materials, used mattresses, and other garbage strewn about. - The breakfast was dismal. - The front desk staff was just sitting there watching his Indian TV show while eating dinner right at the front desk. - The lobby bathroom had a sign on it that said "out of order". - The bowl of fruit on the front desk with the sign "Grab-and-go" had rotten bananas in it, all of them. - The vending machines were cash only (this is 2024) and also were out of order. This is really really poor and kind of gross. This property is terrible.

Very dirty room
This hotel is convenient to the airport but the room was not clean. Hair on the floor and in the towels. Stained sheets. It just felt dirty everywhere and we did not want to take our shoes off. No plugs anywhere convenient to charge your phones. I would not recommend or ever stay here again.
