This hotel is fine in a pinch, but given the other local options we wont stay here again.
Linens were stained, towels stained, we asked for our room to be cleaned 3 days in on a 5 days stay and all they did was empty the trash and pile uo new towels, didnt even take the old towels we had in a pile. The breakfast was fine.
Room was very nice but when we checked in I waited a long time for anyone to come to the front desk. There was a bell and a phone to contact someone but that seemed useless as well. Later when I had internet connection problems, again another 10 minute or so wait for help. Next morning there was an older gentleman actually manning the desk which was really nice. Breakfast somewhat cold as well.
The whole room was clean which is my most important criteria! My only criticism was that the refrigerator had ice buildup which really needed to be dealt with. I would Definately stay there again it was very quiet and the breakfast offerings were great
No elevator. Not many steps but a lot when you're hauling in all your stuff. The gentleman at the front desk helped us in with our stuff, which was very nice.
