We have stayed here before. This time, on a Tuesday night, there were hardly any people there. About 4 or five cars in the parking lot. We arrived late, about 10:30, and there were signs at the Checkin that it was closed and to go to security. But a woman behind the counter said she was working. She didn’t seem happy to be there. The room was clean and the ac worked great. It is very worn and dated though. The next morning, there were even fewer people there. More workers than customers. The casino was very stingy. I don’t know how they are keeping the doors open. Plus, it’s a stupid long way to drive to experience poor service and a lousy Casino experience. It was a very inexpensive room rate though.

Arrived a little after 12am, desk at the hotel was closed so had to walk to the casino to have security let someone know we were there to check in. Couldn't have acted any more inconvenienced that I was there. Room was old but clean for the most part, minus the sticky bathroom floor. Area looks a bit sketchy and I've never heard of a casino that closes at 3am, or should I say 2:55. Security basically harassed us to get out from 2:15 onward, every 5 minutes reminding us that they want everyone out by 2:55. You would think if you're hurting for business, which Sam's Town obviously is, you would be nicer to the people spending money there. Cocktail waitress was amazing but that's about the only good thing in the casino.
