First room we were given had ac problems. Service guy never responded. On my fourth trip down to the front desk, we were finally put into a different room. Some friendly staff members, others not so much. I've stayed there several times over the years and never had a problem. Bartenders were pleasant and on the ball. I will probably select a different casino/hotel on my next trip down.

Staff was not helpful or friendly. Room smelled like cigarettes. Was never given the option of a smoke free room. Check in took too long. Could not get a luggage cart without leaving a DL at the desk, had to have room key to use elevator and then the card wouldn’t work sometimes. Not enough towels for the room occupancy. Asked for towels multiple times then did not receive them until a day and half later. No room service…phone in room did not work. No housekeeping service during your stay.

Overall experience was great! Little issues were annoying but not deal breaking for future. Some staff too rude, but not all. Some bathrooms dirty, but not all. Room was very clean, comfortable and felt safe. Elevator and parking lot were dirty. Parking lot felt slightly unsafe and could use more lighting.

Weirdest casino I’ve ever been in, in my life… Went to gamble and watch band at the stage bar. Band played until midnight, but the bar shuts down at 11:00… What sense does that make??? Can’t get anything to eat anywhere in casino after midnight… No wonder no one was there!! Won’t be going back. Gold Strike and Horseshoe are much better and more accommodating!!

It's okay
Room was clean with comfortable beds. Hotel was dated and had very limited food choices, very limited. No housekeeping was done on the room over the four days and we had to request towels each day. We did have an issue with the bathroom flooding and Sean at the desk was very helpful and professional (she did a nice job for us).
