I loved that our floor was quiet and it wasn’t overly crowded inside the casino. Although I selected a smoking room I would have loved more ventilation (only 1 of us smokes) I would love to see an upgrade to the bathroom rooms like spa showers. I didn’t like that there was only one elevator to get to the parking garage. This was our fourth time staying at the hotel and I’m sure we’ll be back!

The food court has always been a bottle neck for well over 15 years since last time I stayed here. Nothing changed. Saturday nite at 11pm line out in the lobby. Staff said it would be awhile so they could catch up on orders already placed for people sitting in the eating area. By the looks of their faces they had been waiting awhile. As for checking in, what happened to friendly service with a greeting . Instead it’s no greeting as I walk up. I had to initiate the conversation. Overall the room was nice as always but the overall moral of the front desk was lacking checking in and checking out

Beautiful casino, clean, but the front desk staff and the staff that helped with the player cards were extremely hateful for no reason at all. The waitresses and housekeeping were nice.

Overnight Gambling Stay

Always stay here when in Tunica. Always found the rooms to be in great shape. This stay was a little dissatisfying but it won’t stop me from staying again. Ice machine in the floor didn’t work, was unplugged. Room hadn’t been as clean as we normally have. Need to begin investigating in better pillows and updating the decor.

All was good with one exception.... I told the registration Clerk 3 times that I tried to upgrade my room online but couldnt get it accomplished. Three times she said she would take care of it. Nope....I should have went down and complained, just don't like doing it....
