The elevator on the right hand side only two elevators were working and the same to leaving from the 29th floor. The elevator will stop 3 to 5 times and no one was getting on. Catching the elevator back up with a hassle because of all the people.

For the price of the room I was expecting better. They finally have a mini fridge in the rooms but it's just thrown on the floor and looks so tacky. The last time we stayed there was no fridge and you had to pay for WiFi. This time there was free wifi. We only chose to come back because it's my grandpa's favorite casino from back in his day. Even he said he wouldn't return after our stay. The staff are not very friendly or helpful. And can someone explain why hotels don't use fitted sheets anymore? It's so disgusting knowing you barely move in the bed and the sheet comes off the bed. For the price there should be silk fitted sheets on that bed! The room was fairly clean. There was a lot of dust everywhere, especially around the vent. We got a non smoking room and apparently weed doesn't count as smoking because it was coming through the vents and could be smelled in the halls, disgusting. The hotel is the only one in that small area that acts like security is such a big deal. It is stressful being yelled at when trying to push my grandpa in a wheelchair through their metal detector. He's just an old man wanting to gamble and they treat us like criminals. The dinning isn't bad if you want to pay an arm and a leg. Good luck finding someone to park the car or get your bags. Normally I wouldn't care about that but traveling with Grandpa and all his medical equipment gets to be a lot. Overall we will not be returning.

It was ok . The restaurant was way overpriced and food was awful. I was charged an additional $50 once I arrived on top of the $16.50 I was told I would need to pay . Then told I would not get it back for 14 days after checking out . The hotel needs major upgrades. Extremely outdated .

Food court had wonderful fresh and delicious food. All the staff throughout the hotel were very kind and respectful. Bathroom and bed were clean, but carpets need a good cleaning. Overall we had a wonderful experience.
