The beds were uncomfortable. The restaurant staff were rude and the area in the restaurant area felt unsafe. I was there less then 5 min. when someone tried to steal my purse sitting next to me in a booth. I would never recommend this hotel.

Worst casino hotel in Tunica.
No rack for suitcase. No toilet paper holder- ridiculous just a roll on the counter by sink. Beside mechanical room with loud buzzing. Very plain room for a casino hotel. Door with light all around- noise from hallway easily heard.

Staff made friends a priority during check in. Wait time was the longest we have ever experienced in any hotel we have stayed at. Staff member downgraded our room we reserved. We were not happy with the room.

Check in ladies were nice. Hotel is run down very out of date. Room door locked but there was a gap where you could see outside in the hall. Bed was like sleeping on a board.

Getting a cocktail while losing in the Casino was disappointing. Not enough servers. Hotel hallway noisy at all hours. Love the food options, Casino and most Staff! Would recommend!

Fitz used to be so great. Weve been coming here for a long time. Unfortunately I dont think will be back. Staff wasnt super friendly with check in, but was super friendly everywhere else. The buffet was awful. The food was hard and not good, and very little selection. No waitresses coming around to offer drinks. I saw one in 3 hours. When we came in our room, there was a large spider that had to be killed. The pillows were not good. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Also no hot water for our shower. My grandparents brought me here over 10 years ago and we only came to Fitz because it was the best. Its like the end of an era.
