First I have always loved Drury Inn & Suites, but this one was not up to par like the rest of them I have stayed in. This Drury Inn had entry doors in the middle of the building on both the north and south sides. Here’s the the problem I entered on the north side and on the walkway up to the doors there was dog poop that someone tried to wipe up but just smeared it and inside the door on the floor dog poop have been tracked in. Here’s a suggestion. Have all your pets houses on one floor shell guess who don’t care for pets running around don’t have to put up with that. I will continue to stay at Drury Inn’s but most likely not this one.

Everything was exceptional! We visited this weekend. Hotel was extremely busy with being almost fully booked with the rodeo in town. The staff were attentive to every guest. The free HOT breakfast was amazing, the kickback drinks and snacks were awesome! The entire hotel was clean. Kind of regretting that we didn’t visit a day earlier to get more time, but already planning our next trip with more family for this summer. Definitely recommend!

I didn’t get the gal’s name that was at the reception desk at check in but she is AMAZING. So sweet and professional. We did have an issue with our room but she was so kind and upgraded us to an even better room. We would stay there again simply based on her customer service.
