Bad. Real bad.
No hot water for shower. Large cockroach in the bathroom light. Furniture in room was in disarray. Sofa bed was broken. Bathroom sink counter not wiped or restocked with soap. Told the front desk who told me they could not do anything about it since I booked with a third party. I paid $250 a night for the first night 2 weeks prior. No hot water then either. And another $250 this time for a dirty/broken room.

The hotel was easy to find off the highway and easy to get onto I95 in the morning. The bed was comfy but those tiny pillows - whose idea was that? Please regular pillows need to come back. And of course road noise all night. But that’s life traveling I guess.

Check in was easy and the staff on duty ery pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately according to Hotels.com there was a restaurant. Not true! Just the breakfast bar. Luckily, there was a Ruby Tuesday we could walk to, but beware, they are closed Mondays due to staffing shortage.
