Nice renovated building; unique and affordable. Parking stinks. Because of the inconvenience of parking a block away, it should be included in the price. Very friendly and engaging staff. Hot water for tea option in the lobby would be nice.

The Liberty Trust is a terrific hotel with a super friendly staff, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Roanoke. Situated in a historic building previously housing a bank, the Liberty Trust oozes charm and sophistication!

I stayed here one night before hiking the AT Triple Crown section. I was a female traveling alone and felt very safe. I ate dinner about 2 blocks away at a Lebanese restaurant, and then ate breakfast downstairs in the hotel bar area. Room was clean and quiet. The building used to be a bank and still has a cute little vault and the mail chutes in the halls.
