It was for only one night while traveling with my wife and our pet dog. Appreciate that the hotel accepts pets. Found the staff to be friendly and the hotel very clean. Provided all the necessary linens and usual toiletries Breakfast was good and the coffee hot. No shortage and the staff member was quick to replenish any breakfast item that was needed. 2nd time staying here and found it perfect for the stay needed and affordable

Warm, welcoming, & responsive staff. Great location near I-81. We left very early in the morning prior to the breakfast service time, & fresh coffee was made available to us. One negative: the water for showering at 4am was only warm-ish and not hot. I reported this to the night staff who promised to pass it on to management to address.

I have stayed here a few times now while driving between Upstate NY and middle Tennessee… My needs have been met in the past… but not during my most recent stay. The sink in my room would not drain, and the toilet wouldn’t always flush properly. I was so exhausted from driving that I waited until the next morning when checking out to tell the staff behind the front desk about it. I took video and offered to go back to the room with someone to show them what I was talking about. The woman behind the desk said that it wouldn’t be necessary… and that she would alert management about my issue and said someone would contact me to discuss a possible partial refund. No one did… so I called the next day and spoke to someone else. They said that no one from management was there, but that she would leave a message and someone would contact me….. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me. Really unfortunate… I don’t think I will be staying here again next time I pass through

Ordered a disabled friendly room, was given the smallest room- with the largest bed. Only difference was having 4 grab bars in the HIGH tub. Nothing was disabled friendly. Not at all impressed.

Time for an upgrade
Have stayed here before without an issue but now the facility is a bit tired. Chipped moldings, the ice machine was leaking all over the floor, touch up painting needed - but most inconvenient was that the refrigerator did not work. I was offered another room but chose to use our cooler instead.
