Good hotel for one night stay near airport! Didn‘t like the amount of plastic at breakfast (which is included which is nice), every piece of toast was individually wraped in plastic! Plastic plates, plastic cutleries, plastic cups etc Not very eco friendly which is disappointing as the rooms had big dispensers which is ecofriendly.

Newer hotel, very clean and in a great location near lots of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay at this Hyatt Place Hotel again when traveling in the area!

Room was very nice, lots of room. Bathroom was very accessible for me and my wheelchair! Kitchenette was wonderfully convenient and the bed was very comfy with great pillows! On the con side, self parking is very limited to street parking or you are required to pay for parking, which is valet atleast! My 1st set of room keys didn't work, requiring me to go down and get them rekeyed. Then, checkout.... took forever, apparently due to a new system that the gentleman couldn't figure out for sometime, just to print a receipt. Overall the stay was pleasant and the room, fabulous!

The remodel project was fantastic! The rooms are very modern and the new floors are wonderful. Except for the noisy air conditioning unit, it was excellent!

Overall great, needs a little work.
The couch pullout bed was very terrible quality, no cots were available, the breakfast choices were fairly limited. Service was great, very friendly. Place was clean and fairly updated.
