Fridge seemed like it wasn’t working properly. Staff swapped out fridge with a different one when asked. Continental breakfast had a lot of options. For a budget hotel we were impressed.

Reasonable Pricing; Clean & Comfortable.. but...
We love the convenience of this hotel and have stayed here for years. They seem to have done some updates since we visited before Covid in 2019. Unfortunately, this most recent trip we had a bit of a situation with the front desk charging my room for a vending item. When I went to ask and said that I did not charge that, she said my companion did. I knew that was not true but he was able to join the conversation and stated that for himself. We were treated very poorly, accused of being aggressive when I was not at all.. then the woman actually said she did not feel safe. It was preposterous. I'm a 60 year old woman who has traveled quite a bit and was merely stating that the charge needed to be removed, else I would simply go above them and contact corporate... at which time they said they were not a corporate hotel. As long as that sign is out there, they certainly are beholden to the brand. Oh well. One bad interaction over 10-15 years of almost annual trips through to see family.

We have mixed reviews on this property, the night before we checked in we received a call after 9pm to let us know our card didn’t go thru (my credit card was hacked) we were going to use a different one at check in, I usually book now pay later. Anyways they told me I had to pay now or they were canceling my reservation was not a fan of that at all. We got there no issues with check in after our 10 he drive. Room was bigger then I thought that was a plus, some detail to upkeep the room would be good but it was clean, microwave had rust and not the best inside of it but we just opted not to use that. Breakfast Saturday was disappointing they had biscuits and gravy which was fine, waffles after waiting the full time were not done all the way so took a bite of batter, orange juice was really watered down and well the whole milk was chunky and we opened it and it had not been cleaned, I couldn’t tell you when by then I lost my appetite and didn’t eat. Sunday for breakfast was better sausage was good and I left the waffles in a full extra rotation to cook and that was better. My son tried to talk to a house keeper to ask for something unfortunately they didn’t speak English. All in all it was a good hotel we can get over breakfast issues. It was safe and clean and room was big :)

The tv remote did not work and it was hard to find the controls on the tv itself. The fitness room had a treadmill that was out of order. The place was adequate, but I would stay somewhere else if I went there again.

Poor stay
The room was not cleaned, my dog found a toy and 2 medicines under the side table , and dog hairs on the pullout couch that don’t belong to my dog. Bathroom does not have exhaust/ vent for it fogs when you take a shower, toiletries like the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were not filled. The mini fridge was rusty and don’t even know if it’s working, did not even try to put any in it. Breakfast was mediocre, scrambled eggs was egg powder. Overall, not worth the money we paid. I stayed in other Comfort inn Suites that are much better and cleaner.
