Poor stay
The room was not cleaned, my dog found a toy and 2 medicines under the side table , and dog hairs on the pullout couch that don’t belong to my dog. Bathroom does not have exhaust/ vent for it fogs when you take a shower, toiletries like the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were not filled. The mini fridge was rusty and don’t even know if it’s working, did not even try to put any in it. Breakfast was mediocre, scrambled eggs was egg powder. Overall, not worth the money we paid. I stayed in other Comfort inn Suites that are much better and cleaner.

Ended up last minute checking in due to other hotel having bedbugs. Was extremely tired and just wanted a shower and bed. Lobby was fine as was front desk. Parking was tight with a trailer. After my shower while getting into bed i dropped my phone next to the bed. When i went to grab it i found toenail clippings and a large hair ball. At this point it was after midnight and i had a five am wake up. Bed was clean and sheets smelt of detergent. Still gross

Waste of money
This property needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt. It is so dirty from the unidentifiable dirt everywhere in bathroom and room to the stained carpet and a couch so dirty we had to pull bed blanket from extra bed to put in it to sit on. The bath towels were threadbare with holes and the sink was cracked.

No one at desk to check you in. Parking lots full of trucks and campers taking 6 spots each. Hotel kind of beat. Didn’t clean room when we asked. Just not a great hotel.

The whole place is dirty and we had to wait and call the 1800 number a few times in order to check out. The room was dirty and falling apart. Wobblay fridge and toilet was about fall every time we used it. The whole space seems dirty including the carpet and walls floors etc.
