Rate is too expensive for this type of a hotel. Main entrance in the back is terrible. Staff could use more English skill. No bathrobe provided despite of my daily request. Electrical was not planned in the layout of the room - not good when you use the iron and iron board.

Good enough business hotel.
Classic convenient Ibis. Right across the street from gate 1 of Kingdom tower. (The hotel entrance however is in the back side, you have to walk two buildings distance - just saying). Good enough WiFi. Good enough breakfast. Very basic gym. All in all fulfills its purpose if you have business in the area.

The drilling from the building site next door started at 5.45am yesterday. Either close the hotel or agree a later start. It’s actually been a building site for several years now and needs sorting

Great place, great location
Hotel was easy to communicate with and check in and check out were efficient. Most front desk staff were very attentive and polite with one exception. Cleaning staff were wonderful and accomodaring. Just outside my wondow was a jackhammer that started at 7 AM and went all day. That, however is not the hotel's fault and hopefully that will be over soon.
