Emply people not machines.

Unable to check in due to checkin machine not working (yet again). Had to go to another hotel. TOO MUCH technology.Will never book again with premiere class, not worth the stress or risk.

The room was much smaller than we realized. The bathroom was like an RV bathroom in size. Only got two pillows that may fit a twin bed size. All we needed was to sleep thank goodness, the shower i think would have been too small for us. Breakfast was nice.

Staff does not speak English! Asked for extra towels due to allergies with translator. She refused to give me extra towels. The gate does not open 24 hours. Luckily, someone at the neighbour property came with their truck and we left through that. It was a horrific stay. I would recommend anyone to stay. Staff at hotels and especially close to the border should speak at least 2 languages, which one of them should be English.

Reception times not as advertised, Closed at 2.30pm when we arrived. Auto check in couldn't find my reservation. Had to contact Hotel.com, they eventually found that I could check in from the hotel opposite (Kiriad). Bathroom is very small with its own silverfish !

ArrivĂ©es tardivement, nous avons eu du mal Ă  trouver l'accĂšs car portail fermĂ©. Pas de personnel ce que je peux comprendre donc on ne peut pas juger de la qualitĂ© de service. En revanche, la chambre suffit pour y passer une nuit mais une panne de clim rend la nuit trĂšs compliquĂ© car il y faisait une chaleur Ă©touffante. Du passage dans la rue frĂ©quent ne permet pas de laisser la fenĂȘtre ouverte.

Les chambres sont trÚs petites, les salles d'eau aussi, mais il y a tout le nécessaire, c'est trÚs propre et trÚs calme. La literie est confortable, l'accueil est super, le petit déjeuner copieux. Pour aller à la gare, le bus ligne 16 passe à proximité.
