The receptionist was barely understandable. We we checked in, she said there were no "keys" left. After several attempts to understand why they had no keys left, we finally understood they had no "kings" left..meaning king beds, which we reserved. She said they had a queen bed and it would be a lot less...it was $3 less. There was no breakfast at all and it was very noisy next to a busy freeway and there were no ice machines in the building nor were there any hair dryers.

When I tried to check in, I was told that they were overbooked and they did not have the king room I had reserved. They blamed it on Expedia, but the hotel made no attempt to let me know that there was no king room available. There was no rack to hold a suitcase, no facial tissues in the room, no ice bucket or plastic cups, no grab bar in the shower, only one "comfortable" chair in the room. The power went out in the night and my hearing aids did not get charged because there was no power. I certainly will never stay there again!

There was someone in the room we were supposed to be staying in and my daughter had just barely had a baby a day before and her baby was life flighted up to that area so we couldn’t be in the room that we were supposed to be in that we booked so they put us on the fourth floor and their elevators broke and there was no way to get my daughter up or down the stairs. She just had a baby a day prior. There was dogs, barking, and people living in the hotel and outside in camp trailers in motorhomes. It just felt unsafe and with the elevator not working, there was no way to get my daughter up and down those stairs.

This place is not just a hotel but a month to month rentals and it’s beyond description how bad smell get there. I have stayed there multiple times and mostly because the front desk employees are very nice group Of lady’s but there is nothing they can do to change this. There are more dogs barking here than at any place I have stayed at. At the entrance in the morning there are smoke buds everywhere ! Again this place is peoples home on monthly basis but I just wish for the sake of this daily guests they would be a little more considerate. I brought the issue before to the GM and she completely ignored us. I am just greatful that Expedia values their customers.

Super clean, comfy, and the staff is nice! I didn’t take into account how loud it would be right next to Bangerter but it’s not the worst thing ever. Also wish there was a way to cast/hook up my computer to the tv so I wasn’t only watching cable. Other than that I love it here! The mini kitchen was great!!

The room was clean but bed was pretty terrible. Low to the ground and really squeaky. Due to the hard floors the hotel was very loud. Clean and presented well but overall not my favorite stay.
