I would suggest during the winter, turn on the heat before guests arrive that way the room is not freezing as we experienced that. We had to switch rooms because the heater was not working to its full potential but then the other one in a different room was way older and not blowing as hard as it shouldve been. In the new room, the TV was not working, as for some reason, directTV would not load. We also found a sock udner the bed so remind your cleaning staff to check it under there. Overall, not a terrible property but could use some remodeling in the next few years, especially new cooling/heating units. The ceiling was coming unpeeled, the carpet is old, the doors need repainting, upgrade the sliding doors or get rid of them. Other than that, the staff was very kind and accommodating!

The heater in Room 132 did not work at all. We were too tired to switch rooms but it was not a good experience.

Good for short term stays

The service at this hotel was excellent. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. This is an older hotel so things may be a bit outdated. However, the room was clean. The best was comfortable but would have loved better pillows. I did report a couple of things that were a problem. First, the heat in our room was oppressive. We ended up opening the balcony door for a few hours to cool it down and then simply ran the fan the rest of our stay. Also, when I went to get a hand towel the rack came tumbling down with a piece hitting my foot. I lived. But, it was clear to me that rack was already broken.

Thought it was going to be nice by the raiding, but very disappointing. The bed had a 3 inch sway in them. Needed more vacuuming. Cold air coming in everywhere. We're not gonna stay there again.

No frills. great food, friendly staff.

Good basic stay. Not a lot of frills but they do have sauna and a gym which was a nice surprise. Comfy clean rooms, friendly staff and a great Nepalese restaurant made my 4 days stay a lot more enjoyable. Thanks guys.

Excellent nights stay especially for the price. Comfy bed, nice recliner; it felt like home. Staff were very friendly. There is an authentic Indian restaurant connected to hotel. It was our first time eating Indian food, and it was very good.
