The hotel itself is nice, the breakfast options were great and it was conveniently close to our event venue. The staff was rude, housekeeping and front desk. I understand they only clean the room every other day but when we arrrived back to the room on the 3rd day the room was not cleaned nor did we have fresh towels. The next day I asked the front desk to be sure it got cleaned because it hadn’t since we checked in. Instead of just saying ok we will be sure to clean it he said “did you refuse service”? Then he caught me in the hallway a few minutes later to tell me I did in fact refuse service the day before. I said, I did not. We left at 630 that morning and did not see or speak to anyone. Anyway, maybe miscommunication or whatever but when they did clean they did not remove trash nor did they sweep or mop the floor. Just a very disappointing experience. We were in town for a race and after long days in the dirt we wanted a clean room with fresh towels.
