There were many cockroaches, 1 towel for the two of us, and very cleanly bedspreads, walls, toilet, ceiling, microwave, and so on. The staff was nice and there was convenience parking, though.

The bathrooms and the room for dirty not that clean I have pictures to show about my experience holes in the ceiling in the bathroom running toilet just overall I'm not a not a good experience very dissatisfied probably won't stay there ever again would like customer service to reach out to me so I can file a formal complaint against that hotel and see if I can get a refund cuz I'm not happy sincerely Debbie loskowski Can reach me at 951-359-9755

The staff were very friendly and polite but aside from that everything was pretty terrible. When I arrived I got told that my room had been upgraded from a one bed to a two which seemed cool till I got inside. For starters it was a no smoking room but reeked of cigarettes and didn’t smell the greatest, there was a hole in the wall, dust caked certain places and the bathroom was in shambles. It had no cover for the light and was covered in dust/gunk and there was no shower head. Best thing I can say about the hotel room is that the door lock works.

don’t stay here
once we entered, the place was surrounded by sketchy people walking around the hotel. We got there to get the key at 2:50 (check-in was at 3), they told us we needed to wait for check-in time. We finally got to our room, right outside there was a trashcan so full the items were all over the floor. They said they “CLEANED” the room but once we entered it smelled, and found trash on the floor. They provided only 1 towel and it was so dirty. The place is infested with cockroaches, we even found some in the bed. I would not recommend the stay, even for a quick trip.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, homeless people on the lawn as we entered kids running around the parking lot homeless people permitted to live there there were men riding their bikes inside parking lot selling drugs & people buying drugs loitering on stairs we asked for towels and they literally gave us stained towels looked like they just wiped their dirty car with it, it was horrible the AC leaked water I slipped and fell on the pool of water on the floor… IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DO NOT STAY HERE

If I could give it a negative star, I would. This place had several people just lingering around outside. It felt very unsafe. More like a hood apartment than a hotel. The room had a TV, no remote. A table(withngragfitti) no chairs. 2 dirty towels. Holes in the walls. The mattress did not fit the box springs and was incredibly uncomfortable with springs everywhere. There is nothing good about this location. The ac had no knobs and did not cool. The shower curtain was pi.k and cheap and was missing hooks. No light I'm the bathroom vanity area.

The room was dirty, there was a hole in the shower as well as there was holes in the blanket on the bed. There was not a fitted sheet on the bed just a flat sheet tucked under the mattress. When I lifted up the blanket there was maybe crumbs? Not sure what it was but it was little black stuff on the bed. The paint was peeling off the walls and it looked like there was blood on the wall also. The area looks like people actually live there. There are numerous drug addicts, drug dealers and sketchy people outside even with the curtains closed and the door locked it felt unsafe.

Roach hotel
It was horrible it was roach infested it had no towels or trash cans. People were hanging out outside there was no parking on the premises. Police had the parking lot blocked couldn't even check in on time. Bottom line is i canceled my second night there an went elsewhere. Ibdont recommend it an yall should take it off yall list i didn't get no sleep because of the roaches i reduse to use the shower because of the roaches an when i did use the restroom i wokebmy husband up to kill the bugs ab stand while i used it just a horrible experience an i will never ever go back

Check in was fast and straight forward, let us check in an hour earlier but the room was dirty and had bugs. We never recieved the towels even after asking several times. Tagging on the walls in the bathroom, the room had bugs, the bath tub was clogged never drained, and I'm pretty sure the last tenant was a drug dealer. People kept knocking on our door all night and day long. The last day of our trip we were locked out and had to have management master relock the whole unit just to open our door.
