It was a good price for the accomodations. The beds were comfortable. We had AC. Shampoo, conditioner were provided, and they had toothbrushes on request when we forgot ours. Free breakfast is always nice too . Parking was free, too.

There was a leak in the bathtub you could hear through the closed door, the tub was old and peeling, there was an unpleasant smell in the room!! The carpet was extremely unclean! The staff was excellent, pleasant and welcoming!

Parking bad. The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. Even the water tasted bad (just brushing my teeth!). Very "busy" room next door; people were smoking outside (smoke was coming into my own room). Dark, dingy floors and furniture.

I did not have any hot water for the shower. It was lukewarm. I told staff after the first night that I had no hot water and they said they would take care of it. It never did get fixed. The toilet was sluggish the entire time. I had also mentioned that. The staff especially the female that gave me a ride to the convention center was very nice, so thank you for that.

The room was very rundown. The carpet was very old, bed was uncomfortable, linens were worn, sofa bed in room was VERY rundown and uncomfortable to even sit on. Housekeeping did not come 3 of the 4 days I stayed there - had to request new towels from the front desk Hotel was accommodating when I requested a downstairs room as I don't climb stairs well but also front desk clerk was a bit insulting when I asked for it. He commented that I was a "large woman" and that is why I needed a downstairs room - but that was not the reason I requested that. Breakfast in the AM was adequate

I left 40 minutes after checking in. I got bit by a roach. The door was broken. The bathroom door was broken. It was rust in the bathroom. The roof was leaking water. I had to go to the emergency room for my bite.
