I loved the room, spacious, breakfast in the morning was delicious. The location was walking distance from everything fun. First time in downtown Riverside and it was not like every other down, it was extremely clean and friendly. Definitely would recommend and excited to come back. Thank you 😊

Couldn’t stay and had to cancel, person on phone was very rude and dismissive. Zero refund which is fine if it was in the policy but staff was very rude. Would have rebooked our stay regardless of refun but certainly won’t now, will stay elsewhere.

Had no hot water for 2 days. I was told to run the water for 40-60 mins before needing to take a shower which is ridiculous. If you weren't on the 5th floor, whoever was above you, you could hear them walking around or jumping around and it woke me up 2 days in a row until I got my room changed to the 5th floor.
