O hotel está precisando de uma atualização. O colchão da cama estava afundado. O serviço de café da manhã é péssimo. Salão sujo, mesas com pratos por recolher, funcionários do restaurante nada simpáticos, alimentos que pareciam ser de dois atrás. Pontos para a piscina térmica, água bem quente e limpa.

Ouvi dizer que é o melhor que a cidade oferece, mas há pontos a melhorar: a piscina estava suja, a temperatura da água do chuveiro flutua e a cama não é muito confortável (colchão já devia ter sido trocado). Suspeito que esteja em decadência, infelizmente.

1- O carpete muito sujo está presente em todas as dependências do hotel. 2- O restaurante do hotel é ruim, não espere muito do café da manhã e nem do atendimento de funcionários. 3- Não espere muito das dependências comum do hotel como academia, piscina, sauna etc.. Por fim é um hotel que cobra muito na estadia e entrega muito pouco, considero um hotel 3 estrelas.

Atendimento na recepção bom; Café da manhã deixou a desejar; O chão do quarto, que é de carpete, estava bem sujo, não era manchado (que seria aceitável), era sujeira de não ter limpado mesmo. Roupa de cama tbm não estava das mais limpas.
