I recently stayed at a hotel booked through your platform. While I really liked the location, I was disappointed with several aspects of the stay. The reception staff were a bit rude and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as coffee and general facilities. The air conditioning was not operational, and we were told it would only start from June 1st—this important detail was not mentioned on your site. Overall, I found the hotel’s facilities to be outdated and overly commercial, which did not match the listing’s impression. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration for future listings. We arrived in a raining day, no valet parking at the hotel, no one helping us with the bags. We called to ask for a parking garage and they never offered help. when we finally arrived wet after walking with our bags, we saw a golf car “available” to move people around to a parking lot! It wasn’t a good experience at all. The hotel is well located in the middle of the town and the view is nice.
