Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned and the towels & linens had some questionable stains. Staff was very accommodating and nice.

Very convenient location just off the Interstate exit. Just a short drive to the quaint downtown Ripley, WV area with small local shops and eateries. Very economical for your traveling budget.

Clean room
Room was clean, staff were nice. My only worries were when I got back after 11pm there were a bunch of people (possibly homeless?) hanging out in the parking lot. I wasnt sure if my car would be safe overnight. I parked right outside of the window to my room so I could try to keep an eye on my car. Also the door had no extra lock to put across on the inside so that worried me a little bit. Thankfully everything ended up being fine though.

Bathroom ceiling had a huge hole in it above the shower head. There was a gap under the front door big enough to fit my fingers past the knuckles. The tub even tho freshly spruced up had other peoples hair on it. Same with the sink. The soaps and shampoo were previously used. People walking and talking most of night just outside our door. The check in lady didn't know where our room was located. . There were full time live in people on the property which doesn't bother me other than the fact that they had kids playing in the parking lot and the area around their car and sidewalk was littered with trash and what looked like orange peels. Was up most of the night expecting some one to try and enter the door or thru the double door to the next room which was a hollow core interior door with no real security.wife who showers every morning no matter what only washed her face and we choose to eat breakfast down the road for a fee.

Upgraded, but dirty!
The floors were really filthy, and the refrigerator was not working, and the water was still around it that leaked out. We had flies buzzing all over the room.

The first room they put me in had lights that didn't work. An electrical outlet was hanging from a wall. Was told that they were aware of electrical issues in that room. The second room they put me in there was no TV remote and the security latch on the door was broken. Both rooms had a strange smell. I demanded a refund and was told to wait until tomorrow. No chance I would consider staying there again.
