The rooms are decent size, but the hotel looks old and has a stale smell. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty and smelled awful. ( only one large and one small towel was given) Asked for clean ones and received the same- full of stains and with a bad odour. The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned ( had to wipe the seat before using it)

This is a great hotel. In the large suites, there are 2 shower heads. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. One of my favorite places to stay. Even a mall with a food court next door. I recommend staying here if you are in campo grande area. Even outside Rio heavy traffic.

No entanto, a manutenção do quarto, pelo menos o que ficamos, estava precária, com filtro ar condicionado aparentando sujeira e mofo nas paredes, principalmente no banheiro. Não foi uma experiência agradável, infelizmente.
