Péssima, ar condicionado quebrando, banheiros imundos, secador quebrado, falta de informação dos funcionários sobre os ocorridos, como o apagão que houve no hotel, fio o único que estava sem luz em toda Copacabana, funcionários foram grosseiros, o gerente nunca estava disponível em nenhum dos sris dias que estive lá. Quase chamei a policia para resolver, pois houve um desdém absurdo, e o gerente nunca estava. Fiquei presa no elvador por causa das quedas de luz. Experiência deprimente.
