Hotel is really great for the location, a short walk to Copacabana beach. The rooms themselves were average, got the job done and were clean (bathroom didn’t feel as clean). For some reason our hotel cards would work some days and then stop working which was annoying. Apart from that, perks of the location and free breakfast made it worth it.

Very old hotel, maybe 2 starts. Horrible breakfast, the only good is the staff very friendly. But the hotel needs a full renovation, poor amenities.

Poor maintenance

The bathroom was too small with no window. The blinder of the bedroom window and the key card didnt work properly. The elevators were bad and we had to take the stairs carrying lugage

Quarto pequeno, limpeza deixa desejar, café da manhã muito cheio, com quisuque no lugar do suco, comidas tbm de baixa qualidade, mas pelos preços de hotel no rio no fds que fui, valeu o custo beneficio. Se fosse um fds normal a diária estaria bem cara pelo oferecido. Elevadores estragados, tive que chegar no quarto de escada, pois não parava no meu andar, o botão não funcionava. Ate a troca da toalha de banho foi um problema.

Como custo/benefício vale a pena. Para quem quiser ficar num local não distante da praia, em Copacabana , em hotel confortável, sem luxo e não gastar muito, é uma boa opção . Precisam melhorar o sinal de TV - horrível !!!

Everything was pretty good. Not a big fan of the breakfast options but that might just be me. Didn’t get any WiFi service on the 18th floor but other than that I enjoyed my stay. It was walking distance from the Copacabana beach and it also had some nice restaurants nearby.

Péssimo.

Os colchões das camas são horríveis (velhos e ruins para dormir); virei os colchões na tentativa de encontrar uma parte boa, mas foi em vão. O café da manhã é categoria uma estrela, pois o suco de laranja é artificial e pouca variedade e filas. Na passagem de ano, dos dois elevadores, um estava fora de serviço. As toalhas são trocadas de 2 em 2 dias e são visivelmente velhas e desgastadas. Televisão não tem acesso a canais e iluminação do quarto, deficiente. Para mim, trata-se de um hotel de 1 ou, no máximo, 2 estrelas. A única coisa boa é a localização.
