La cama del cuarto que nos dieron creo que no era ni tamaño “queen” para una pareja dormir bien. El bañó super incómodo. No hubo staff en el area de la barra el sábado que estuvimos así que prácticamente estuvo cerrada. Por lo demás estuvo bien. Tienen que mejorar varias cositas.

Muy buena estadía mi única observación es que la barra debería tener más variedad de bebidas y deberían aceptar ath móvil o cargo a la habitación ya que muchas veces uno va a la piscina sin cartera! También el agua caliente no es consistente ! Por lo demás muy buen servicio !

Hubo un cambio improvisto y nos realizaron cambio de cuarto. El cuarto que nos dieron estaba localizado al frente y había mucho ruido de personas. Me dieron un certificado de regalo de una noche pero la estadía de por si no fue tan tranquila como se esperaba.

Punto muy importante la piscina aparte de estar super limpia, cierra casi a las 11pm , tiempo suficiente para aprovechar los que hacen chek-in tarde por alguna razon... Area super tranquila, se respira pura paz , el personal es muy amable... tienen una mesita con cafe y chocolate caliente libre de costo en las mañanas... un game room donde la pasamos super bien... no ahy vida nocturan cerca, lo que genera mas tranquilidad para descanzar, a minutos en carro ahy mucha variedad para comer y lugares para pararce a darce algunos tragos, etc , cerca de panaderias... Definitivo que volvemos.

La Pesadilla
Me quedé en esta instalación con el objetivo de celebrar de una forma diferente el día de cumpleaños de mi esposo. Para empezar, me ofrecieron por teléfono una habitación con balcón y al llegar a realizar el check-in, fue todo lo contrario. Al suguiente día, era el cumpleaños de mi esposo. Eperarmos casi 1 hora por el desayuno, toda la comida estaba fría, la sirvieron mal. Lo dejamos pasar. Decidimos entrar a la piscina pues estaba sola y pasaban las 12 del mediodía y justo cuando estábamos dentro, decidieron comenzar a limpiarla. Había mosquitos en cantidad. El tamaño de la ducha es super pequeño e incómodo.

Very peaceful, great for kids and relaxing. Great breakfast and Pizzas available in Nido restaurant. Comfortable clean rooms, lots of stairs so if you have any issues going up and down stairs take this note in consideration. Definitely we will come back.

Nice scenery and quiet location up in the mountain. Room was clean and maintained during our stay besides the one night we ran out of toilet paper. When I requested an iron I was told they didn’t have one available and when it does I will get one…never did stood for 7 nights. Also I requested 3 times for two more pool towels as it was four of us and only two pool towels was available in our room never got them. Then the main bar/restaurant the Nido is only open for bar service or dinner fri-sun. Besides my minor inconvenient situations its a beautiful quiet place for a family vacation.

This was a great place to stay. The only issue we had was the selection from the hotel restaurant. They only had a few Thai options, and we aren’t into Thai food. They didn’t have many drink options either. The room was very nice, and the amenities were good. We could see the ocean in the distance from our balcony. Everything was clean. Overall a nice place.
