Pros: Great location and views. Clean. Staff was super nice. Cons: The plexiglass at the front desk made it feel like a pawn shop. The breakfast coffee was amazing, but i thought charging an extra dollar for a large cup was weird. Even a diner will give you free coffee refills, let alone charge for a large cup.

Felt very midline overall. There maybe 3 people that are happy there, everyone else seems miserable at work. Service is very slow, which goes hand in hand with the attitudes. The rooms are never really fully cleaned. The shower drain was basically a facade, the whole flange wasn’t secured down at all. The balcony doors glass was all cracked at the top and the frame was mangled, so you had to tip the door to lock it, it never sat flush. Crickets in the wall can get really noisy at night too. The beach it sits on is quite eroded away that it’s a 45 degree slope into the water, then goes back up into a sandbar shelf. Just lots of little annoyances here. Also, you have to book online, they literally raise the prices by $100 or more per night in person.

Este hotel ha sido uno de mis preferidos en Rincón por muchos años. Han renovado las habitaciones y quedaron muy bien. Es limpio y cómodo. Su localización lo hace conveniente porque lo tienes todo cerca, desde panaderias, restaurantes, foodtrucks; inclusive caminando. El hotel también ofrece variedad en su menu. El área de la piscina y la playa muy limpias también

The room and the pool and beach were exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I got tired of was the incessant music - noise from the pool bar. And the hotel had very limited food options. A really nice restaurant and bar would have really been a great addition.

La propiedad esta en excelente ubicación cerda del pueblo justo al frente tine un area de food trucks y un supermercado a menos de 2 minutos.La habitacion que nos toco esta en el primer nivel con su balcon privado,la hitacion remodelada y muy comoda.El hotel esta ubicado frente a la playa y lo mas importante es hermosa.

Our stay at this property was good. Hotel could use some upgrades but overall everything was ok. Pool area and common area were kept clean. We visited on a Monday and Tuesday so a lot of the local stores were closed.

You will not see me here again!

Several roaches visited ( or lived) our room during our stay. Floor was dirty all the time. Very rude front desk personnel. Discharged batteries in door lock. Shower walls had not been cleaned in months.
