Very beautiful property and staff was very nice. Rooms are clean and beautiful. It was not quiet though. Unfortunately a lot of noisy guests. I checked in just before midnight and the guests on my floor were slamming doors in the hallway with phones on with loud music until 2:30am. I had driven all day and then had to get up at 5:30am to drive all day again. I know it’s not the hotels fault but disappointed they didn’t do anything especially since we were on the first floor right by the front desk. I know they could hear it but didn’t stop it. Very upsetting and frustrating and I’m exhausted :0 (

Enjoyed our stay

The room was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. It's a new property so that was expected. Location is very convenient to everything from grocery stores, mall, and several restaurants. As well as a stone's throw to RIC airport. I do wish that there was a breakfast included though. Also loved the kitchenette with full sized fridge. Overall, I would definitely book there again.

The management is very rude there staff don’t communicate so they all will be on same page.Rooms are never cleaned and they have trash all over hotel and people hanging outside all around hotel its the worse to just open

New but poorly built facility - no noise limitations in walls or floors, bath light would not turn off, no little items like hair dryers, toiletries, etc. A facility that looks like its been developed by amateurs.
