I know they have been going through renovations but they really shouldn’t rent any rooms out if they aren’t finished. Room 526 had no pictures, no mirrors, knobs missing on furniture, and the hot water didn’t work one morning.

We arrived, and for some reason the room we had originally reserved was not available. The person we talked to initially said there were no rooms available, but someone else overheard and said to put us in a suite. The suite was very nice, except that when I went to sleep the sheet was blood-stained, presumably from someone's period (to be clear, it had been washed, but still...). I called downstairs, and the staff person said to come down and she gave me another set of sheets. This was handled promptly with no problems. The suite itself was very nice, except that the faucet handle did not stay up easily -- not a big deal, but a minor annoyance. Also, the door from the parking lot to the hotel did not stay closed -- when I commented on this, they said someone else reported the problem, so presumably it's fixed now. Overall, it conveys a place that was once very nice but is now somewhat run-down.
