Room was clean, complimentary breakfast was amazing. The hot water fluctuated frequently, so showering had to be quick. There was a lot of noise from the nearby road, wouldn't recommend to light sleepers l.

Great stay but getting dated.
The parking garage is great. Location in the middle of Short Pump, cannot beat that. The rooms are getting dated, with old furniture, and tables that wiggle too much for use :) The beds are great, and I sleep like a king. The breakfast is substandard, however, for the price I am paying per night, I do not expect more.

I liked the overall location of the property, that they had on-site EV chargers for guest use, and that the staff were friendly & provided a good experience for me. The room decor was very simple and pretty dated, and in my particular room the HVAC was a lot more loud than at other hotels. The continental breakfast was also very basic.
