An average hotel experience. The lobby is nice, employees very kind, conveniently located near amazing shopping areas, and the covered garage had free EV charging with NACs and J1772 connectors. The worst parts were the rooms have incredibly basic furniture and some of that furniture can be found openly stored in the lower car garage. The heating and cooling is incredibly aged with the smell of burning dust billowing when we turned on the heater and the wifi was too slow for me to work. A very concerning issue in the parking garage was this corroded operating ventilation fan hanging over the EV charging station. With how dangerous an EV fire can be, it should definitely be fixed ASAP.

Bugs in the bed heater taped together wallpaper coming off hallway no bottle water in room or in machines to buy ice machine out of order no manager on duty manager to call us the next day did not happen we called them still no manager around never made an effort to help us
