Great location with sprawling greenery and surrounded by a golf course. Walking into our room we were greeted by a hallway light fixture missing a lightbulb, a bathroom sink that had 3 inches of standing brown water in it (drain plug was open), toilet that constantly ran water, a wall that had something explode on it. Maintenance staff showed up very quickly and poured 2 whole bottles of Liquid Plumber down the drain and adjusted the lever chain on the toilet. The drain was unclogged but the toilet running was not fixed, so I just shut off the water feeding the toilet tank so we could go to sleep rather than call maintenance again at 11pm. The shower/ tub combo had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, no shower gel / body wash. I double checked if there was body wash in the lotion dispenser but nope. Wound up washing up with shampoo. The walls are paper thin as we could hear constant cough coming from the adjacent room. The grounds could be maintained better, with one lightpost falling over and another cut off 10 inches above ground. Trees need to be trimmed as we had to constantly duck and walk around low branches. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming with cold and crunchy edge pancakes. Very disappointing stay considering our expectations based on the Hilton Tappestry collection prior experiences

Very nice front desk. Didn’t really see much because we only stayed one night. Seems like pretty property but we showed up late at night and it was difficult to figure out where to go or check in. The signage wasn’t well lit and difficult to read.

Very close to Richmond Raceway!
Last minute trip to Richmond Raceway for the Nascar race. Very convenient to the track, about 15minutes through back roads (thank you Waze). Property is amazing!

Rooms are so dusty! Do you people actually go and look at what housekeeping does? Room smelled musty. It was once a really nice place bit you are not good at keeping it up! Only had one elevator working. I felt for your cleaning staff . I took stairs a few times. Downstairs door to outside was taped where door should lock,and you just pulled door open. Didnt have to use room key to open. So anybody could come in. Lighting out by brick walkway is not very bright. Not happy😒

We loved walking the grounds after dinner. Food was good. No wait for breakfast or dinner, even on a Saturday night! Loved the covered parking option. Just unfortunate the hot tub was closed for maintenance. Will stay here again.

From the outside the property grounds and buildings were unique in appearance. Unfortunately it was difficult to determine where to check in and park. There was also limited parking. Our room had a mildew smell and there was, what looked like, black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and possibly tiny blood spots on the wall paper by the toilet paper holder. One positive is the gentleman that checked us in was very professional and friendly.

Great stay in Glen Allen, VA!! Best hotel in the area by far. Bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean and shiny and decor is updated and modern. Will definitely stay here again.

The elevator carpet looks like it's not been cleaned in several years - nasty filthy . Big dirty stains on carpets adjacent to elevator and the same in front of many guest rooms. Very small frig in room and no microwaves in room. Parking was very tight and there were a few spaces that could've been used had this hotel trimmed back the grossly overgrown foliage. Beautiful grounds. Very nice staff. Comfortable bed.
