The room was surprisingly clean given the condition of the grounds. There was loose flooring in the room and the pillows were not just small, they were tiny. Made it a bit difficult to get comfortable. The biggest disappointment was the cockroach that crawled across the phone shortly after we got there. Gave us an uneasy feeling about sleeping.

Staff was absolutely pleasant. Room was very clean. Brand new shower wall, shower faucet, updated bathroom. Very tidy clean room. Impressed with Red roof inn.

This hotel had very high ratings, but they must have been really old reviews. The floors needed to be mopped. The TV and remote were not working properly but at least the lady at the desk was willing to get us a new remote, even though it still would not adjust the volume. The fact that there was a car on blocks at the property was not encouraging. We had driven all day and were tired, otherwise we would have moved on.

After arriving at this dimly lit shady looking place we were given 3 rooms. Room 1 was dirty with a mop still in the corner and the bed unmade. Room 2 had no working lights in the room. Room 3 had a dirty shower and what looked like a dirty top sheet (snot stains at the top where head would have been). We slept on top of the covers. No microwave in room and refrigerator didn’t work. Under the bed was filthy and neither the room carpet or the hallways had been vacuumed. Some hallways had no lights at all. To say something positive the bed was fairly comfortable. The place reeked of smoke and there is no way we could recommend it even for one night. We cannot recommend Expedia either after getting 2 bad rooms in 2 attempts this vacation from hotels that you rated a 7 or above.

We did nt even stay there ,we pulled into to the hotel registration area to find multiple people loitering around the hotel which looked like it was abandoned the grounds were unkept and we did not even enter the building we left the area to find a safer place to stay, we informed an agent at hotels.com to voice our concerns about safety at the hotel. They tried to call the hotel without any response, just to be clear we had stayed with red roof inn in Tennessee the last 2nights and were very pleased with the service and the hotel,I would recommend that Hotels.com not accept any reservations for this hotel.

Motel was dirty and unkept on the outside. Interior hallways were dirty and covered in pet hair. You could tell hallways and stairs had not been cleaned in a long time lots of build up. Room looked clean but smelled of dogs. Once pulled back sheets there was dozen or so long hairs under sheet. Drain in shower worked very slow so standing in dirty water. If had not just drove for 13 hours would have left. Only good thing was price but now I see why!!!! Avoid if possible
