The entire staff from day one has been delightful everyone is kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff they are so sweet everyone isnjust beyond kind here. I'd highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.. all and all it gets 10 stars from me.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! First room the bathroom sink had shaved hair all over it, the shower was extremely dirty, and it didn’t drain. The second room they moved us into was worse. No smoke detector, toothpaste in the sink, shower was dirty, and the trash was full. The most disgusting thing was pee in the toilet! I complained and wanted my money back to go to another hotel and they wouldn’t accommodate me. I am reporting this hotel to OSHA. Don’t stay!

There was a group of construction workers that kept the fire door propped open and when we told the front desk, they asked us to close it. Shortly thereafter, the door was propped open and remained open for our 2 night stay. It consistently smelled like weed. The drain in the bathtub was so clogged that the housekeepers had used a piece off of the plug to hold the plug open just so the water could (very poorly) drain. The free breakfast was some slices of white bread, jelly, apples, and packaged danishes. Not what I was expecting but for someone who’s starving (not us, we passed) I guess it would keep them alive.

Walking into the property a "guest" was being removed by police. That may not have been the hotels fault but it certainly set the mood for the rest of the stay. My rooms bathroom lock was non functional, the mini-fridge would not close and leaked on the floor and despite letting management know, was not replaced or repaired. The smoke detector was removed and shoved in a drawer & there was a exposed wire. The breakfast bar consisted of a cereal container that was constantly empty and rarely refilled, a non-functional juice machine, and bread. There was no elevator in the two story building, which made moving my luggage up and downstairs burdensome.

We booked the room there but we couldn’t stay because their door lock wasn’t working and it was too late for their Machanic to fix it so we asked for refund. But their room looked nice, room was spacious. Overall the place looks bit shady, you ll smell weed. I wouldn’t stay with my family.

We requested a roll in shower reservation and they did not hold it for us. My wife is in a wheel chair and it was hard for her to get into the tub. If you are requesting a roll in shower, call ahead of time and let them know to hold it for you and hopefully they will hold it for you.
