It took 4 rooms to get one that i could sleep in. First room refrigerator didn't work and was full of black mold. Second room had no black out curtains window was facing parking lot wife couldn't change in the room and the smoke detector was ripped off the wall. Third room had no air-conditioning that worked. Fourth room, well we were able to sleep with out sweating to death. The girl in charge laughed every time I brought something to her attention. The whole hotel smelling like a Marijuana factory and a dog kennel.
This facility is staffed with friendly and hard working individuals. No one could ask for any better. I enjoy the customers as they seem to be down to earth people…..friendly and polite.
We booked at the property for several weeks with no issues. We had a leak in the refrigerator and Eddie stated he couldn't help. We fixed it ourselves no issue. We made a complaint and there was a MASSIVE issue. We began supposedly getting complaints and had damage in our room.. ridiculous remarks from the GM in retaliation for complaining. They retaliate by putting us on a do not rent list and send rude messages via email. If you stay, don't complain unless you're checking out for good. Other than that, they're pretty nice people until you piss them off.
Convenient, clean, comfy beds. The door to the room was warped and difficult to close. The toilet needed adjustment to flush but overall it was a pleasant stay.
Our stay over the summer here was pleasant but was shocked to see the decline in upkeep to the property when we returned 4 months later. The property appeared to have converted to a homeless shelter for the off season. Breakfast was served, if you consider bread and oranges breakfast. The room was cleanish, but smelled of mildew. Also, if you can’t do stairs, let them know, because there is no elevator to get to rooms on second floor.
