Friendly and accommodating staff.

Second time staying at this location. Staff is very friendly and approachable. The modern amenities and activities make this a one stop shop. No need to even leave the facility. Their signature drinks are delicious. I also love that there are areas in the hotel where guest may obtain needed items like additional blankets, and toiletries.

This hotel is trying really hard to look cool, but it's just an average hotel. The garage situation is confusing and unnecessarily complicated (you have to call, then get a code, then get a text, then go online, Everytime you want to enter or exit). The staff doesn't seem particularly friendly or intered in helping. The AC is extremely loud in the room.

It was a nice, modern hotel. Unfortunately the water in Richmond was out for a while so drinks & food was minimal. While checking in a couple of ladies came in from outside and went behind the bar smelling strongly of marijuana. The fitness center had limited weights and work out machines.

There was no mini fridge or mini kitchen area which I thought strange for a hotel room. The door to the bathroom was also heavy and cumbersome and the door handle was damaged. fun for a quick trip but a bit inconvenient and liminal. There was no sign or message in the room itself so we were unsure of how to get in touch with reception since the "phone" in the room didnt work.. a little liminal and strange.
