Wonderful staff. The room and common area are very run down. No food service including breakfast. We had no way of knowing that. Had to walk to other hotels to eat. Toilet ran all day and night. Doors didn’t latch shut. Broken bathroom heater. See photo.

Over priced, under delivered. $220 a night for a queen. No breakfast, no clean water to drink. No nothing. Is like to see the rooms from the pictures because that isn't the room I got. Zero parking, you have to find it somewhere and pay for that too

Beautiful inn and the rooms were nice, had lot of character compared to the standard rooms in chain hotels. There is pretty garden and fountain in the courtyard. We got there late, were so relived that the room was ready and check in took less than a minute. Will definitely stay here again.

Unique boutique hotel, loved the little courtyard. Looked like their bar and cafe were closed for renovations when we went which was a little disappointed. However, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely have this on our list when we return to Richmond.

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is unique and beautiful. It is also right downtown and close to everything. Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a nice tub and shower. If you enjoy historic buildings, you should try staying at Linden Row.

The hotel is an old row house. It had 2 large rooms and very spacious. It was quiet and not much traffic. There are several eating places within short walking distance

This property is beautiful with a great location. But with no restaurant, you can’t even get drinking water. There is no “pantry” for basic sundries, and there’s no bottled water in the rooms. There were no cups for the coffee in our room. Our TV didn’t work, and after waiting in line forever at the front desk to get help with it, I finally gave up and just went to bed. There was just a general failure to pay attention to details and the staff did not care at all.

This hotel breathes history, but they managed to keep the history part and have all needed creature comforts. Early check in was appreciated, the staff is lovely, would do it again!
