Our beds were…unstable, as though one leg was shorter than the others. We did not have a bath tub, and the sink was in a separate room/ location from the toilet/shower. The bathroom was rather small, especially for my party of 4

I stayed one night and the room I Checked into was on the first floor 108 and it smells like urine soon as you walked in. The woman that worked that night was very unpleasant and had an attitude to change the room. The room I was switched to smelled like mildew but I didn't want to deal with the woman so I checked out the next afternoon. This place need to be thoroughly cleaned it smells. The night staff need to be trained in hospitality if she wants to work there.

I think the surrounding area was wonderful but the hotel could definitely use some renovations. The first sink we had backed up and we switched rooms. The entryway and hallways had such an overpowering smell of deodorant spray it was overwhelming. Friendly service and they were quick to accommodate us with the slow sink. Mama D in the breakfast area was a ray of sunshine first thing in the morning. Overall, a good stay.

There were bugs in my room, that I didn’t see until Morning, one on the bed and one crawling on my bags. There were men being very loud in the hallway outside my door…at 2am….scared me out of my sleep and made it hard for me to settle back to sleep. When I told the staff, they were very nonchalant as if they could care less. I won’t stay here again.
