Great customer service. The hotel was clean and in a very nice location. I would only suggest that you allow points for stays even when booked through a third party. Although I like the property, I won’t stay again because I sometimes book through a third party and I don’t get the credit for the stay. I will choose another hotel chain that will award points for the stay regardless of who reservation was booked through.

Great Family Stay At Hyatt Place

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Richmond Airport. Front desk employees were super nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had good variety and plenty of it. We'll be back on our next trip to Richmond.

Right at the Hyatt

I stayed one night and was very pleased. I will stay here again. The location was perfect near shopping and restaurants. Very easy access to the highway. I did enjoy the breakfast just wish the fios was hot instead of warm or a microwave was accessible.

There is no water cuz the water was out in this area but it wasn't at all the way I think I should have got a better deal since I had to lick my own water too my room and hurt my shoulder doing it so I can flush my toilet besides that the staff was fantastic except for the head dude
