The property is trying to upgrade, but quality control needs to be better performed. we were not able to turn the headboard lights off when we attempted to go to sleep. someone from the hotel had to come up to the room (after we got out of bed and dressed again) so they could take a part the headboard and unplug everything including the clocks and phone chargers. Common spaces were dirty and had trash on the floor. Shower drained very slowly so you were standing in standing water. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others

Negs: -The receptionists were just chatting before acknowledging the guests. - there was only one functioning elevator. -One of the key cards doesn’t work. -bathroom rod was about to fall of the wall due to missing screws. -the wall where the window is located was painted partially. -the indoor pool area had a lot of mosquitos and not well lit. Pos: -The breakfast was pretty good and the area was clean. -stairway was accessible. -The check-out was seamless.

We were unable to open the door with the key provided, we contacted the front desk and the receptionist was not able to open either. Maintenance came, opened the door with their key and said they will fix , but did not return. We just stayed for one night, but it was inconvenient to have to wait more than 30 minutes to be able to go inside the room and then have to take turns to the breakfast as we didn’t have a key to open the door.

Great place to stay!
This place was great. We had a full kitchen, a kitchen table to sit & eat, a living room with workspace & TV along with a separate bedroom that also had a TV. The one thing that really surprised us was the jacuzzi in the corner of the living area. We had thought that was part of the pool area so were very surprised that it was in the room. The breakfast here is also amazing and the staff very friendly.
