The evening staff was amazing, the morning staff working the breakfast buffet was super busy. The hotel itself on the outside looked new- but the inside was definitely showing its age. The air conditioner didn’t work that great and there was lots of signs of age. The pool was COLD and the hot tub was HOT.

This property was very clean. The staff was amazing!! Friendly and helpful. Even the lady taking care of the breakfast station worked hard to make sure the bins were full of hot breakfast. The beds were clean and comfortable. The only thing would have been better if there was more parking. It seemed the night we stayed the hotel was full and so was the parking lot!! Not a bad problem for the hotel!!

Kudos to this Holiday Inn Express
This is the best hotel we have ever stayed. The front desk personnel were absolutely fantastic! We were even greeted by staff when entering the breakfast area! Cannot say enough about the employees. Courteous, helpful and all around nice. Clean environment, spacious and comfortable. Great food. We will definitely stay there again. Good parking area as well. Just a great overall experience. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable Stay
Both front desk and housekeeping were very hospitable and helpful. No traffic noise at night. Cracker Barrel & McDonald's were right next to hotel in walking distance. I plan on using this hotel again.

The staff at this property were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and overall the room and lobby were clean. The room we were in had a door to separate the bedroom from the couch area, but the beds blocked the door so it was challenging to close to separate the sleep spaces. The drain was backed up in the shower.

Fine but not great. Staff are lovely though!
We arrived about 8pm and there were very few parking spaces because trucks had pulled in across multiple spaces. Once we found somewhere to park check in was great. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room however was shabby and though superficially clean, we found an old chicken nugget under the sofa bed when we pulled it out. Curtains wouldn’t close at all so we had to clip them shut with a clothes hanger and we only had one remote for the two tv’s. Bed linen was very comfortable and clean but the beds were very lumpy. All in all, good for a quick stop if you need somewhere to stay in the area, but not as nice as it looks on the website.

I was in town for my family reunion. The family had a choice between Tru Hilton and Holiday Inn Express. The family that stayed at Tru Hilton was very disappointed with the property and price. The family that stayed at Holiday Inn Express (I recommended) was truly pleased with our experience

Upon check in we found our a/c unit not cooling. We called the front desk and with in 30 minutes had us in a new room. Thank you for taking our concerns seriously.

I paid a lot for a suite, site won't let say amount We got there early couldn't check in early as rooms weren't ready. Ok that isn't a big deal. We sit in the car for 2 hours until check in time and go to check in and room still isn't ready. Can't give me an ETA on when it will be ready. The lady (couldn't get her name, but was referred to by another as "boss lady" was just foul. She was complaining about guests in front of guests. We get a suite with a very clearly (room was HOT) broken A/C When I called about the hot room whoever answered very nastily told someone else "he says the A/C is out" it was in a tone like I was lying about it. Initially I asked if they had someone who can come look at and repair it, but they said they didn't. Then I told them I need a new room because I can't sleep if I'm sweating. She told me she was going to put me on hold for a "few minutes" 10-15 mins later my kid comes into the suite area with new key cards to a different room. Meanwhile I'm STILL on hold waiting for this lady to get back to me. The rooms were clean and nice, the breakfast buffet was thawed out, reheated, over salted crap. The parking spots are to small. You literally are so close to the cars next to you that you have to be very careful getting out not to hit someone's car. So you have to definitely worry about those who don't care. This was not worth close to the large amount I paid for the night. I would sleep in my car next time before wasting my money here.
